Tazweed was established by its shareholder Nogaholding in 2019 as a separate legal entity to build, manage and operate the service stations. Over the last three years, the company has successfully completed several projects related to the upgrade of old stations, built new stations and introduced new initiatives to enhance its market share in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Tazweed is also working on enhancement of transformation process and go-forward strategy. The company endeavors to achieve sustainable business model, strong organization structure, corporate value and governance.
