Bapco Tazweed signs leasing agreements with Jasmi’s to open several new branches

Bapco Tazweed, the subsidiary of the Oil and Gas Holding Company, announced the signing of leasing agreements with Jasmi’s to open three fast food restaurant branches in its newly built stations in Al-Sayah in Busaiteen, east Awali and Salman Town.

On the occasion of signing these agreements, Eng. Jassim Al-Shirawi, Chairman of Bapco Tazweed, stated: “we are very happy to sign these agreements with a well-known Bahraini company such as Jasmi’s which owns a series of successful restaurants spread in many regions of the Kingdom. The presence of Jasmi’s restaurants will be a quality addition to the supplementary services at our new stations.”

He added, “we are working hard to develop the services we provide to our valued customers by providing new and varied services at the company’s petrol stations, seeking to attract new partners who contribute to achieving this goal.”

From his side, Mr. Jassim Mohammed Al-Amin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jasmi’s, stated: “we are proud to sign these agreements with Bapco Tazweed, which come as part of the company’s strategic plan to expand its number of branches in order to meet the needs of its customers.”

It is worthy of mention that Bapco Tazweed announces the leasing of its stores and other services through Bahrain Tender Board, in implementation of the principle of transparency and equal opportunities among investors in order to achieve the goals for which these services were developed.

It is worth noting that Bapco Tazweed was founded in 2019 and is wholly-owned by the Oil and Gas Holding Company. The purpose of its establishment is to increase the number of petrol stations and expand its network throughout the Kingdom as well as develop and improve the services provided to customers in these stations.

The company is currently in the process of renovating Tubli Service Station which is expected to be re-opened in the second half of this year. This comes as a part of the company’s plan to re-build and renovate its old service stations, which will soon include the re-building and renovation of both Hidd and Muharraq service stations in addition to other old service stations as per its approved time plan.
